Shannon thurston, PA-C

Chief Medical Officer

  • Shannon Thurston is a women’s care superstar. She has over a decade of experience practicing in our part of Utah and is passionate about preventative medicine and education. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Utah Valley University and a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. Her collaborative, personal approach embodies the spirit of our practice.

Dallin Trout, PA-C

  • Dallin Trout is a new Physician Assistant graduate from Rocky Vista University. Before becoming a PA, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University. After graduation, he worked for the University of Utah Hospital at the Huntsman Mental Health Institute for over six years before pursuing his master's. He is eager to help, serve, and appreciate the unique setting of rural communities.

Evan Stilson, DDS

  • Dr. Stilson travels to us from Price, Utah where he has a private practice. During his years of practice in our clinic, he has consistently demonstrated a willingness to serve. Dr. Stilson strives to provide dental care that is responsive to each patient’s needs. He is as skilled as he is approachable.

Mental Health

Lexis ELy, CMHC

  • Lexis Ely, ACMHC, was born in Pasadena, Texas and moved to Utah in 2022. She moved to Green River this winter and really loves small town living. Lexis attended East Texas A&M University for her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Saybrook University for her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. For the past 3 years, she has worked closely with Addictions, First Responders, Grief and Trauma.  She is accompanied by her Great Pyrenees, Thor and loves to cook, bake and listen to country music. 

KAREN DOLAN, LCSW

  • Karen Dolan LCSW was born in Sacramento and raised in California, Nebraska and Utah. She moved to Carbon County in 1999 and really loves small town living. Karen attended Dixie College, and the University of Utah where she earned her Associates of Sciences, Baccalaureate and Master’s Degree in Social Work. For the past 36 years, she has worked with children, youth and adults struggling with both mental health and substance use disorder challenges. She is married and has 5 children, one dog and three cats. She is an avid mountain biker and loves music and indie movies.

    Karen believes healing is attainable for anyone struggling with challenges; you just have to begin the process.

Pharmacy Providers

Zack Taylor, PharmD, MBA

  • Zach is dedicated to providing high-quality pharmacy services to our community. Based in Wayne County, Zack is often the face on the iPad offering counseling and answering questions.

    He received his Doctor of Pharmacy and Masters Of Business Administration from Roseman University.
